How it works

  • When you purchase this plan you will receive weekly workouts with meal plans, nutrition guidelines and grocery lists. Each week I'll send you three structured lower body workouts with video showing you each exercise. I'll explain in the video how to setup and execute each exercise for maximum results and can be there to assist you with any substitutions or modifications you may need. The workouts will be different each week and will be progressively more challenging.
  • Two video calls are available a week for this plan where we can address any questions, modifications, nutrition coaching etc., - we can even check your form while you're working out or even just to tell me about a challenge in your workout! I want to hear about your progress and be that support for you in the gym, not just give you a workout.
